The Decorator Centre is an independent merchant of decorative coatings, wallpaper and decorating sundries based in the heart of Dorset. Supplying trade and retail customers in the area for over fifteen years, we specialise in mixing all leading brands of paint.

Paint, Varnish & Woodstain
Three mixing machines at both sites and a spectrophotometer at Dorchester enable us to supply customers with an almost inexhaustable choice of colours in a multitude of finishes. A major benefit of visiting one of our shops is that we are able to match and mix most colours normally classified as discontinued. Our major paint and woodcare brands include Johnstones, Dulux, Crown, Earthborn (eco-friendly), Leyland, Permoglaze, Sadolin, Sikkens, Osmo (eco-friendly), Blackfriar, Ronseal and Liberon. Owing to our wide range of suppliers we carry select ranges from other brands and are able to source and order non-stock items on behalf of our customers.
Wallpaper
We have an extensive library of over 150 wallpaper pattern books to select from. We operate a loan service for customers wishing to view wallpaper in their own surroundings and we are normally able to obtain orders within 24-48 hours.
We carry a good stock of Anaglypta, blown vinyl, woodchip and lining paper.
Sundries
We carry all the necessary sundries to complete your decorating task. This list is by no means exhaustive but includes fillers, sealants, abrasives, adhesives, tools, workwear, paste tables, borders, self-adhesive wall art, self-adhesive stained & opaque glass, wood dyes, waxes, preservers and colourisers.
