Ours is a self built family home situated down a quiet tree lined lane off the A80 Cumbernauld Road in STEPPS a Glasgow suburb 5.5 miles from the city centre, easily reached by rail (2 stops)into Glasgow QUEEN ST. STN., bus (First Bus no. 36) into BUCHANAN ST. BUS STN. or car. M8 exit 12.
Glasgow airport 12 miles off M8. M80, M73 & M74 all easily accessed from Stepps

We offer three rooms for B & B and 1 Self Catering Flat

ROOM 1 - Single private facilities - £25.00 pppn
ROOM 2 - Twin en suite - £45.00 per couple pn
ROOM 3 - Double/twin or family en suite - £45 - £60 per night

All rooms have TV, Radio/alarm, Compliments tray & Hairdryer. Fridge, Microwave & Iron available for guest's use

PAYMENT: On arrival in Cash, Sterling traveller's cheques or supported cheque - Sorry, we do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
DEPOSIT: where applicable.
Price includes GENEROUS self service continental style breakfast.
Special diets catered for if at all possible - prior notice please.
CHECK IN - Between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs or by prior arrangment. If no show and no contact by 19.00 hrs cancellation will be presumed - just keep in touch if delayed!
CHECK OUT - 10.00 am on departure day

Continue to No. 24 on left (brown & white garage)
Turn left at this unmarked crossroads
Left again at T junction at red brick garage on right
You are now in WEST AVENUE - ours is the last of 3 houses on the right - address on pillar
