This is the Pagan Rats website, run by Rose Tillotson.
About me:
I am a member of the NFRS and the London and Southern Counties Mouse and Rat Club. I live in Winchmore Hill, North London, with my partner Michael Roberts, the cat, Tom, and the 7 rats that currently constitute the Pagan Rats - bucks Jerry, Silver, Mercury and Hex, and the does Misty, Velveteen and Amice.
Jerry was a pet shop rat, Misty a rescue rat I found in a bush. All the others came from Estelle Sandford of Alpha Centauri Stud.
I am returning to breeding again, with the eventual intention of registering Pagan Rattery with the NFRS.

News about this site:
As you may have noticed, the site has undergone a slight change in appearance. Life With Rats! will shortly be undergoing a process of complete overhaul, recoding and update, which should hopefully end the problems some of you may have experienced whilst accessing the site through certain browsers.
At the same time, I am changing the overall look of the site to create an overall uniformity of appearance among my websites, LiveJournal and rattery matters (which extends also to stationary used by Pagan Rattery). I welcome your thoughts and opinions on the new look of the site as it undergoes this transformation.

The original Pagan Ratty Angels:
Reba: Silver fawn hoody doe. PTS June 1996 aged 18 mnths. My first ever rat.
Brock: Mismarked baldy buck. Died December 1999 aged 5 and a half. My grand patriarch.
Rowan: Cinnamon Pearl doe. PTS after turning psychotic at age 6 months.
Cara: Mink capped. Rescued after her owner dumped her at the vets. Died of myco-related pleurisy aged 2 and a half, April 1998.
Amy: Black hooded doe. Rescued after being dumped on the doorstep. Died of myco-related pleurisy aged approx. 2, May 1998.
