Quality Bed and Breakfastand en suite accommodation at The Pines Newtonmore
Accommodation and Facilities at "The Pines"
Accommodation is in four spacious bedrooms (one single; three double / twin) each of which has an en-suite shower room with a fifth, double, room having an en-suite bathroom. Each room is centrally heated, comfortably furnished - most with easy / arm chairs - and equipped with colour television, clock radio, hospitality tray and hair drier. All have views of the surrounding hills with most enjoying panoramic mountain views to the South or East of the house.
Available for residents' use throughout the day is our well-appointed reception lounge from which French Doors lead to a formal garden terrace which has sheltered seating.
Wildlife lovers may wish to explore our large wooded garden and take advantage of our bird viewing areas. Regular feathered visitors to the garden include blackbirds, robins, chaffinches, bullfinches, siskins, blue tits, great tits, coal tits, long tailed tits and pheasants. Those with keener eyes may wish to look out for some of the 80 or so less common birds (including crested tits) which earlier guests have observed in or near the garden during their stay! Other wildlife to visit the garden regularly include red squirrels (who have their own feeding box), rabbits and hedgehogs.
