D iscounted Rates for stays of two nights or longer are available for bookings made at least seven days in advance only. Please contact us for details of charges for weekly or longer stays. Please note that at Hogmanay and in the peak summer season (first two weeks in August) we are unable to accept advanced bookings for fewer than three nights.

Single Rooms
No extra charge is made for single rooms but single occupation of a double or twin room attracts a supplement of £7.50 per night.
Dinner
A three course evening meal is available at a cost of £16.50. Requirements must be confirmed when booking.
To Secure a Booking
To secure a booking, a non - refundable booking charge of £15.00 per person is kindly requested. This is fully deducted from your final account with us.
Our Policy on cancellations
As a result of an increasing number of speculative bookings which have subsequently been dishonoured by guests, we have regrettably been forced to adopt a formal policy for cancelled bookings:
Bookings cancelled in whole or in part 14 clear days or more prior to your stay will result in a loss of the booking fee referred to above unless the room is relet for the whole of the booked period. In that case the booking fee will be returned minus an administration fee of £5.00 per person.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the date of your stay or not cancelled at all, we reserve the right to charge for all accommodation costs for the period of the booking except for any period during which the accommodation is relet.
A reminder: You are strongly advised to check that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any likely costs of cancellation.
Rooms are normally available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time on day of departure is 10.30am.
